At Couture Resale, steady handling and a fast dispatch is what we're known for. All orders will be shipped in 48 hours, with the order reaching your door in 3 to 5 working days (depending on the type of delivery). All items are tracked for your piece of mind and insured up to £20. All items over £60 will be fully insured.

We at Couture Resale accept returns of all orders, whether they contain new or used items. Returns must be initiated 14 days after the receiving date. The cost of the return postage will have to be fulfilled by the customer. The condition of the items returned must match the original condition it was delivered in for the return to be accepted. All international customers will be liable for any custom fees and tax charged by their country of origin, or the country the order is delivered to. Couture Resale will not collect any tax from purchases, therefore the customer will have to pay any customs fees, tax or handling fees upon delivery.
